The rise of generative AI, one of the world's newest technologies, has coincided with the growing demand for one of the world's oldest technologies: critical and creative thinking. A recent study by the World Economic Forum reveals that top executives rank these skills as increasingly necessary and essential for the future of work.
In this workshop, we will explore strategies and techniques, at the individual and collective level, for improving both our critical and creative thinking.
Topics include:
Common biases that stymie creative and critical thinking
Articulating disagreement without being disagreeable
Overcoming psychological fixedness
Mastering productive brainstorming.
Critical and Creative Thinking is essential for EX Leaders to be successful in the dynamic future of work.

PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN
We understand that HR training and development budgets are tight right now. In today’s economic landscape, it's hard to access high priced resources and we want to make this as accessible as possible. Which is why we are supporting a ‘pay-what-you-can’ pricing model.
We don’t want you to feel any obligation to pay if you do not have the resources. The amounts raised will help us produce more content to fuel our EX community of HR, People, and Employee Experience Leaders with valuable resources that amplify their impact within their respective organizations.
We believe the estimated value of this program is more than $500.00 of value, but have a starting recommendation of a $49.00 investment to the program. But we will gladly accept anyone into the program for $1 or wherever you can land from an investment standpoint.
Feel free to adjust and name a fair price as you check-out and we look forward to seeing you at the program.
